My Story
My name is Jennifer Faison and I am a Super Star Director with Scentsy. I currently live with my family in Carmel, IN. I am originally from Oregon but relocated to Indiana with my husband’s job almost 11 years ago. I am married and I have two amazing boys. I have a 18 year old who is in high school and driving (which still terrifies me!). Then, I have this strong willed 8 year old boy who is about the cutest thing you have ever seen. My 8 year old now plays tackle football and basketball to be just like his big brother. So, basically my life is running in two different directions with my boys being almost 10 years apart. My husband has every man’s dream job who loves sports. He manages professional athletes. Needless to say his job keeps our family on the move. With all of this craziness Scentsy still fits perfect into mine and my family’s life. I started with Scentsy over 6 year ago on August 30, 2007. I was introduced to Scentsy by my best friend who lives in Utah. It didn’t take much to convince me to start selling Scentsy. When I signed on with Scentsy here in Indiana there were 26 consultants in the state. As of today I have a total of 7000 in my group in just 6 years! I had worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep for over 8 years and had been looking for something to do from home. I wanted to be a stay at home mom but have a small (not so small now) business on the side. I think what made Scentsy appealing to me was that I could truly make it my “Business”. I could make it anything I wanted it to be. I could market Scentsy to Realtors, contractors, builders, vets, dentist offices, spa's, and even nail salons. I could do home parties, basket parties and even events if I wanted to. I loved having options, and Scentsy gave that to me. Scentsy has changed my life and has given me choices. I am in control of my business and in control of my life. I love being able to be with my family and feeling like a professional business woman, all at the same time. Thank you Scentsy! In my 6 years with Scentsy have also had the ooportunity to travel the world by earning their amazing incentive trips. I have been to Cancun, Hawaii, Walt Disney World, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Mexican Cruise and this summer I am headed off to the Bahamas. You too could travel the world with me!! My favorite thing about my job is leading and inspiring others. I run an great leadership program called STRIVE Leadership. This is an amazing 6 month training program that will provide you with all the tool you need to be as successful as I have been with Scentsy. I do one on one training via skpe or if you are local we meet in person. I want to support, motivate, and guide you every step of the way.
